JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Participate in receiving and tracking of engineering request for specific designs and the requirements needed for a given job, balancing multiple jobs and timelines associated with them
* Adhering to all company standards and specifications as required
* Assist in design, modeling, detailing and supplier collaboration

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associates degree minimum required with 2-5 years experience
* Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office base programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* Proficiency with CADD program
* Experienced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in harness design, routing and schematics.
* Ability to design supporting brackets and clipping areas.
* Experienced knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
* Experienced knowledge of relevant computer application, such as CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting).
* Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
* Team player and detail oriented.
