Job Description

STV is seeking a Region Marketing Director for our Texas Mountain Region group. This position is designated as hybrid and can be located in our Fort Worth, Dallas or Houston, TX office.

The Texas Mountain Region Marketing Director is focused on leading the Marketing team in the region to deliver exceptional client experience, support business growth in the region, and oversee the Regional Marketing and Proposal activities. This person would serve as the liaison between the Marketing Team, BD Leaders, Client Account Manager and Technical Champions working to grow business in the region. The Marketing Manager has a responsive, collaborative, and creative mindset and supports a partnership between these groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and intentional evolution of the marketing team to help set us apart from our competitors as we pursue new work
  • Collaborate with BD and Practice Leaders to understand priority clients and pursuits
  • Plays an active role carrying forward strategies and content for proposals, and interviews
  • Work with regional leadership to adequately recruit and resource a team needed for a growing region
  • Manage proposal workflow, assignments, and on-time delivery for all regional proposals
  • Oversee quality and reviewer experience of pursuit deliverables for the region
  • Use data and reporting to make decisions and track pursuit fees, status, and win rates
  • Manage marketing team in the region, including hiring and performance management responsibilities for the group
  • Work with operations/technical teams, BD staff and Client Account manager to promote the region's participation and exposure in local markets, industry events and professional organizations
  • Coordinate CRM updates and management for the region
  • Serve as a liaison with other region and national marketing teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of demonstrated marketing and pursuit experience in a position requiring team management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field
  • Leadership background in architecture or engineering firm
  • Experience in creating compelling and creative proposals for large, complex pursuits
  • Previous performance management experience for marketing professionals

Compensation Range:

$139,767.00 - $186,356.00
