Starting Pay Rate Range

$45,468.80

to

$56,825.60

(Determined by the knowledge, skills, and experience of the applicant.)

Job Summary

The Media Specialist strategizes, implements, and manages advertising campaigns across various media channels that require a monetary investment. They play a crucial role in promoting the Monument Health brand and services by ensuring that the company's paid advertising efforts reach the right audience and achieve the desired objectives. This role demands a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

The Paid Media Specialist will work closely with other marketing team members, such as content creators, web and social media specialists, and graphic designers, to create cohesive and effective advertising campaigns.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across traditional, earned, digital and other relevant advertising channels.
  • Manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and digital, to align campaign objectives and optimize performance.
  • Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas of improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work as the point of contact for third party media buyers.
  • Perform responsibilities at the highest level, contributing to the system aspiration to make a difference every day.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Required:

Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Preferred:

Education - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related degree

Experience - 3+ Years Experience with paid media, managing campaigns across multiple platforms

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
