Job Description

Manages the Invoice Delivery team and the distribution of invoices to our customers. Interfaces with multiple cross-functional support teams including Finance, Tax, Sales, Implementation, Customer Service, IT, and all other Order-to-Cash departments. Partners with the offshore support team dedicated to the Invoice Delivery process. Emphasize continuous improvement that is measured by established metrics and will develop and execute plans that will build an efficient and results-oriented team that effectively manages timely and accurate invoice delivery which contributes to improving the company's working capital.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a team of Invoice Delivery Implementers
  • Effectively utilize offshore support team to meet deliverables most efficiently
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client invoices
  • Monitor workflow and overall service via metrics and tracking of each of the various Invoice Delivery output types (PDF, Summary Invoice, EDI, 3rd Party Portals, etc.)
  • Monitor overall Accounts Receivables for clients supported by the Invoice Delivery team to identify issues or gaps that exist related to Invoice Delivery output
  • Facilitate and/or lead various trainings to staff to ensure all Invoice Delivery team staff are well informed of process changes or system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain a repository of training materials and work aid on key processes for Invoice Delivery team members
  • Foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams and Order-to-Cash groups to best support RRD clients
  • Lead and support automation projects to drive efficiency in the invoice delivery process
  • Guide and support RRD client implementations for new and existing clients
  • Monitor existing KPIs to determine if immediate actions are necessary to ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients
  • Continually identify and develop additional KPIs that will help measure performance in terms of speed, accuracy, and service
  • Ensure all internal and external audit requirements for Invoice Delivery are met and assist with audit preparation requests as needed
  • Work on various special projects as assigned and support Order-to-Cash leadership as required


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with at least 5 years of relevant work and progressive leadership experience
  • Experience in a high-volume invoicing environment preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service, problem-solving, and resource management
  • Experience in developing and mentoring others
  • Experience in leading change management and process improvement plans
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash processes
  • Proven ability to multi-task, and handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
  • Detail-oriented, effectively manages assignments and deliverables
  • Exercise a high level of discretion and professionalism in completing tasks
  • Ability to effectively work and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Additional Information

Thenational pay range for this role is $87300 - $153700 / year. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
