This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round. Role Overview: As a Ready-Mix driver, you will operate a ready-mix truck to load, transport and unload ready mixed concrete at various locations while practicing proper traffic, site and delivery safety procedures. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members and provide excellent customer service and be knowledgeable about material properties. Typical hours during Production are M-F with a start time around 7am and end time around 5/6pm. 1-3 Saturdays per month. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | |||
|
As a successful Ready-Mix driver, you will have: - Ability to hold and maintain a Class A or B CDL license in accordance with all state and federal DOT/FMCSA regulations. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays. - Don't meet the license requirements?
