What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician Lead in Lake Norden, SD.

• Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

• Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.

• Maintain and repair maintenance shop equipment.

• Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

• Possibility of covering 6am-6pm if needed.

• Starting pay $36.97/hr

• Holiday pay and double time on Sunday

What you need to join our team:

• Associate's or Technical Degree or Trade School Certificate/Diploma required.

• Minimum six (6) years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment required.

• Experience in fluid processing and basic welding required.

• Experience with reading electrical and PID drawings required.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for longer periods of time.

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
