About the Role:

As Pathward's Director of Revenue Marketing, you build scalable programs that drive maximum awareness and impact the sales pipeline and revenue growth. You expertly identify key priorities and develop a plan to quickly establish key practices and implement programs, while demonstrating Revenue Marketing's value to Pathward through strong partnership and performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Creates a revenue marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business strategies.
  • Provides cross-functional leadership to drive sales pipeline and revenue-generating discussions and identify the priorities, challenges, and opportunities that Marketing can address throughout the sales funnel and buyer's journey.
  • Incorporates current revenue marketing best practices and techniques to develop ongoing initiatives as well as targeted short-term campaigns as market conditions and opportunities dictate.
  • Manages the development and activation of all revenue marketing programs.
  • Works with our external demand marketing agency, the Content and Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to develop and promote awareness, acquisition, retention, and cross-sell campaigns.
  • Develops, executes, and optimizes generation efforts including email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and paid efforts such as PPC, paid social media and advertising.
  • Develops and executes integrated programs that drive revenue growth and funnel efficiency; enhance prospect experiences; and increase the marketing database and overall pipeline.
  • Establishes a set of efficient, repeatable cross-functional campaign processes to enable teams to work smarter and more strategically.
  • Communicates effectively across the marketing organization, sharing program updates, campaign calendar expected outcomes, timelines, and processes.
  • Manages the related budget and spending allocated to Revenue Marketing effectively.
  • Collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience in business, marketing, or another relevant field; MBA a plus
  • 8+ years of Marketing experience including B2B revenue marketing or demand generation (Payments, Banking or Financial Services industries preferred) delivering results; some B2C marketing is a plus
  • Solid experience working with CRM (Salesforce), ABM, analytics, BI tools, project management and marketing automation (Marketo)

Salary range: $99,501.91 - $183,764.31

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
