ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Installation/general maintenance of HVAC and/or Refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and repair problems.
• Provide service in a variety of commercial settings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Technical Schooling Degree or Equivalent Experience
• EPA Certification for handling Refrigeration
• Must have a PLT license or be Registered with the state as a Registered Unlicensed PLT or apply for your Registered Unlicensed PLT within 90 days of your start date.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs as necessary and up to 50lbs repetitively.
• Ability to climb up an down a ladder carrying tools, equipment, and/or parts in a safe manner.
• Ability to work efficiently given time constraints, extreme weather conditions, varying customer needs and demands, and back-log constraints.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Mechanical ability and excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• After hours/on-call service availability
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Proficient in use of computer programs and technology related to the position
• Interest and initiative in maintaining HVAC and Refrigeration skills through a combination of self-study, workshops, on the job training and other development activities.
